The following must be provided to the Airport Operations staff prior to lease signing:
- A Copy of the Aircraft’s Airworthiness Certificate
- A Copy of the FAA Registration Certificate for the Aircraft to Tenant
- Evidence of Current General Aircraft Liability Insurance
- Limit: $1 Million Dollars Combined Single Limit
- City of Redlands listed as an Additional Insured on the Policy

Daily Transient Tie-Down Rates
